To give you a superior joint compound adhesion and maximum protection for a professionally finished corner, Clinch-On manufactures its 1-1/4? standard flange 90º square cornerbead with proprietary electro galvanized coated steel and a deep knurling (embossing). Our nose design requires less joint compound. Our 1-1/4? flange provides you with liberal installation space for nailing, stapling, screwing or clinching our cornerbead to drywall. Our proprietary electro galvanized steel coating gives our cornerbead a dark (dull) appearance and superior adhesion qualities compared to shiny hot dipped galvanized steel. Our 1-1/4? 90º square cornerbead is designed for 90º outside corners.
